Claire Burnett, MBA
President I Junior Executive Board
Claire Burnett serves as the President of our Junior Executive Board. Burnett is also the Owner & Operator of Claire Cut Consulting, a strategic planning agency that helps leaders build plans that drive impact with people who care. She is a multicertified, results-oriented leader with nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning and operational excellence for Fortune 10 companies.
She is adept at driving transformative change, enhancing organizational effectiveness and committed to leading cross-functional teams toward achieving measurable outcomes that position organizations for future success. Burnett has a demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and development, strong background in brand strategy, events and content creation, and a high aptitude for fostering innovative change management strategies. Outside of work, she is a mom to a four year old toy poodle and a passionate mental health advocate.


George Handley
Vice President I Junior Executive Board
George, Managing Partner at Vested Ventures Group, leverages his financial expertise to assist small to mid-sized businesses in obtaining essential funding. With a background in financial analysis and SBA lending, he excels in securing various financing solutions, including mergers and acquisitions funding, real estate financing, SBA loans, and lines of credit. Through strategic partnerships with private lenders, investors, CPAs, and attorneys, George facilitates connections that drive opportunities for all parties involved. His leadership encompasses business strategy, development, client relations, and team management.
Previously, as Vice President at Midwest Regional Bank, George advised clients on SBA loans and fostered valuable business relationships, expanding his professional network. He also served as a Business Development Representative at NOW CFO, where he developed tailored financial solutions for diverse clientele. Earlier roles include supporting acquisitions at a private equity firm and leasing luxury apartment projects. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from the University of South Florida and actively participates in the Association for Corporate Growth.

Jarvis Ballard
Membership Chair I Junior Executive Board
Jarvis Ballard is a Relationship Strategist in the PNC Asset Management Group. He has completed a three year program which provided him the opportunity to rotate through multiple disciplines within the PNC Private Bank.
He works with a team of professionals in financial planning, trust and estate services, investment management, and cash and credit solutions to assist in helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
Jarvis interned with PNC in the summer of 2020. He attended North Carolina A&T State University and majored in finance. Jarvis loves meeting new people and volunteering. Jarvis has a kind heart and will give the shirt off his back for anyone.

Gregory Robinson, MBA
Content Chair I Junior Executive Board
Gregory Robinson is a seasoned finance professional, avid mentor, and passionate enthusiast of sports and intellectual pursuits. Born and raised in New Jersey, Gregory developed a natural affinity for math and numbers from a young age, with these subjects consistently ranking among his academic favorites.
Gregory's academic journey led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Centenary University. Eager to deepen his knowledge and expertise, he pursued further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Rider University.

Equipped with a strong academic foundation, Gregory embarked on a successful career in finance, with notable tenures at Merrill and PNC Private Bank. Throughout his professional journey, Gregory has demonstrated a keen analytical mind and a knack for strategic financial planning, earning recognition for his contributions to the field.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Gregory is a diehard New York Knicks fan, with a fervent passion for basketball that extends beyond the court. He also finds joy in exploring the world through travel, immersing himself in new cultures and experiences.

In addition to his love for sports and travel, Gregory has a deep-seated passion for intellectual pursuits, particularly chess. He enjoys engaging in strategic gameplay, honing his skills, and challenging himself to new levels of mastery.
Committed to giving back to his community, Gregory is actively involved in mentoring young boys, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to help them navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential. His dedication to mentorship reflects his belief in the power of mentorship to inspire, empower, and uplift future generations.
Gregory Robinson is a multifaceted individual who brings a blend of financial acumen, sports enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and a heart for mentorship to everything he does. His diverse interests and unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth make him a valued member of his community and beyond.

Courtnei Johnson
Event Chair (145 Day) I Junior Executive Board
Courtnei Johnson is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with over six years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in go-to-market strategy, SKU management, financial planning, and market research. Recently, she has expanded her expertise into the tech space, gaining experience in app development and working toward certification in AI Product Management. With a master’s degree in International Communication Management from the University of Southern California (USC), Courtnei combines her passion for communication with her professional skills to navigate global and workplace interactions effectively.
A dedicated advocate for mental health awareness and empowerment within the Millennial community, Courtnei is also an accomplished public speaker and event planner. She has led impactful initiatives such as “The Malibu Connection” and community flag football games, fostering connection through sports and networking. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and indulging in her love for Harry Potter and sci-fi films. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Courtnei is committed to balancing her professional growth with a vibrant and fulfilling personal life.


Amber Fleet, MBA
Event Chair (Networking) I Junior Executive Board
Amber Fleet is a Cybersecurity professional who recently graduated in August 2023 with her Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. Before her Cybersecurity and Information Technology career, Amber worked in financial management and accounting for five years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tulsa in 2015. While at the University of Tulsa, she played on the Women's Basketball team, was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and held leadership positions in various other organizations.
Amber is a tech enthusiast who loves learning about new technological advances in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. Her ultimate career goal is to be a liaison or bridge for improving businesses through technological solutions. Amber has certifications in Lean Six Sigma—yellow belt, scrum master, and digital marketing, and is pursuing her Sec +.

One of the essential lessons that Amber’s parents instilled in her at a very young age is to always help others and be of service. That lesson has evolved into a passion for helping people in any way that she can. When not spending time with family and friends, volunteering at church, working out at the gym, or traveling, she always finds time to volunteer with different organizations to serve her community. Amber is also the community relations chair of the National Black MBA Association – DFW chapter and a member of Women in Cybersecurity, National Society of Black Engineers, and Black in Technology. Amber is proud to be a part of the Hunger Busters junior board.

Annette Addo-Yobo
Jr. Board Member
Annette Addo-Yobo, Miss Texas 2024, is a dedicated community and legislative advocate with a passion for service and promoting autism awareness. During her year of service, she will travel nearly 35,000+ miles across the state and the United States advocating for her community service initiative, higher education, and women empowerment. Annette had the distinguished honor of placing 1st runner-up at the Miss America 2025 competition and has earned over $55,000 in educational scholarships through her participation in the Miss America Organization.
Prior to Miss Texas, she worked at the Dallas Regional Chamber as the Manager of the Young Professionals Program, creating comprehensive professional networking and development programs for Dallas area young professionals. She recently earned her MBA from Lamar University, and has a Master's in Clinical Psychology at Sam Houston State University and a B.S. in Psychology and Child Learning & Development from The University of Texas at Dallas. She will be attending law school in the fall with plans to become an Intellectual Property Attorney.

Outside of her work, Annette enjoys reading, partnering with brands as a content creator, and traveling abroad.

Blake Conway
Jr. Board Member
Born and raised in Arlington, Blake Conway has called the DFW area home for his entire life. Upon graduating from Texas Christian University, where he studied Finance and Accounting, he joined Frost Bank and now serves as a commercial banker. Blake resonates with Frost’s focus on Texas based businesses and finds fulfillment in knowing that the capital he helps facilitate directly benefits local businesses, ultimately enriching and strengthening the Texas community.
Beyond Blake’s professional endeavors, he is an avid sports fan with a deep-rooted passion for supporting athletics in the DFW area. Blake serves on the Advisory Board for the Dallas Sports Commission, which is responsible for attracting sporting events to be held in DFW, spanning from amateur and collegiate competitions to prestigious Olympic and professional events. Additionally, Blake contributes his time and expertise to the Young Professionals (YP) Committee for the Association of Corporate Growth and is a YP Member of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he collaborates with like-minded individuals to foster growth and innovation within the business community. Through these engagements, Blake is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the continued success and prosperity of the Dallas region.


Olympia Newman, MBA
Jr. Board Member
Olympia, the Managing Director of Leadership Programs at the Dallas Regional Chamber, creates comprehensive programs for business professionals. As a transformation strategist, she specializes in developing people, programs, and processes that ignite personal and organizational growth, fostering inclusive and thriving environments.
Before joining the Chamber, she spent the last seven years in various education sectors. Olympia served as a teacher, teacher trainer, advocate for under-championed communities, and learning experience designer. Her superpower lies in simplifying complexity, contributing to the success of initiatives under her guidance.
Originally from Nigeria, Olympia is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Olympia is passionate about mentoring youths, reading, volunteering, traveling, and enjoying creative and outdoor activities with her husband, Fred, and pup, Ash.

Paula Sarmiento
Jr. Board Member
Paula Sarmiento was born in Durango, Mexico, and now calls Grapevine, Texas, home. She’s passionate about problem-solving, helping others, and making a diƯerence in her community. With a background in procurement and business strategy, Paula works at Boeing as a Procurement Coordinator, where she helps streamline processes and build strong supplier relationships. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2020 with a degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Paula’s heart is in giving back. She volunteers with organizations like Hunger Busters helping with fundraising, event planning, community outreach, or whatever is needed. She believes that small acts of kindness can create big change and loves being part of efforts that support and uplift others.

Outside of work and volunteering, Paula loves to travel, explore new places, and spend time with family and friends. She’s also a proud dog mom to three chihuahuas—Bella, Zoey, and Perla—who keep her life full of love and excitement. Whether she’s working, giving back, or just enjoying the little moments, Paula is always looking for ways to connect with others and make a positive impact.

Dean Strait
Jr. Board Member
Dean Strait currently serves as the Manager of Production and Operations at All Stars Project Inc., a nonprofit focused on youth development. Dean plays a pivotal role in overseeing community outreach initiatives, corporate and fundraising event production, and youth development workshops.

Prior to his nonprofit work, Dean both worked for the Federal Government as an Investigative Analyst and served in the U.S. Navy, where he honed his leadership and administrative expertise. As an Administrative Officer he led teams, coordinated high-level operations, and facilitated key partnerships between military and government entities. His exemplary service was recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Naval Good Conduct Medal, reflecting his dedication, integrity, and excellence.

​Beyond his professional career, Dean remains deeply involved in the Dallas community, serving as a youth mentor with Crowned Scholars and contributing to initiatives such as the City of Dallas Teen Resource Coalition and the EmpowerU Symposium Committee. His dedication to service extends beyond the workplace, as he continually seeks opportunities to inspire and empower others.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas and has completed leadership training at the Stagen Leadership Academy. With a results-driven approach and a heart for service, he remains committed to creating positive change and fostering opportunities for those in need.

Joey Pogostin
Jr. Board Member
Joey is a dedicated community advocate who was raised in Dallas and has a deep passion for making a difference in his city. He studied Political Science at Texas State University, where he honed his leadership skills and commitment to service. Currently, Joey works as the Director of Membership at Tower Club Dallas, where he fosters connections and drives engagement within the community. Joey is also an active volunteer, dedicating his time to local organizations like Bonton Farms and The Stewpot. Driven by a desire to create meaningful, positive change, he is thrilled to contribute his expertise as a member of the Junior Executive Board of Hunger Busters. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, cheering on Dallas sports teams, and exploring the city’s vibrant bar scene.


Amit Banerjee
Jr. Board Member
Amit is the President & CEO of Philanthropy Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and inspiring philanthropy in youth. Amit has also held a variety of roles throughout his career at Lockheed Martin, AT&T, the Dallas Regional Chamber, Tango Charities, and most recently, the Commit Partnership.
Amit’s community involvement includes volunteering with several large- and small-scale organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Dallas Film Society and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Emerging Leaders Society. His service also extends to nonprofits such as Communities Foundation of Texas, Union Coffee, Healthy Futures of Texas, Tango Charities, and Social Venture Partners of Dallas.


Natalie Harris, M.S.
Jr. Board Member
Natalie is a dedicated tech consultant specializing in SAP, with over three years of experience helping businesses optimize their technology solutions. She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Alabama, where she is originally from.

In addition to her tech career, Natalie is a licensed real estate agent who has successfully helped over 30 clients navigate the home-buying and apartment searching process. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, demonstrating her commitment to sisterhood, service, and leadership.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Natalie is passionate about community service and mentoring young adults in professional development. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and anything related to fitness and well-being.


Daniel Boysen, J.D.
Jr. Board Member
Daniel Boysen is a Dallas attorney with over a decade of experience focusing his practice primarily on the areas of corporate and tax law. Daniel has particular experience assisting clients on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, private securities offerings, financings, and restructurings as well as counseling partnerships, for profit corporations, non-profit corporations, and individuals on the federal income tax aspects and consequences of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Daniel is a native Texan originally hailing from Austin and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Daniel enjoys spending his time with friends and family, volunteering in his community, experiencing the outdoors, and being an active member of Northway Church.


Daniel Camarillo Jr.

Daniel Camarillo Jr. is a highly accomplished safety professional with over eight years of experience elevating safety standards in the construction industry. Specializing in high-rise construction, cranes, scaffolding, and concrete operations, Daniel has played a pivotal role in building large-scale commercial projects across the United States.
As the President and owner of Certified Safety Training (CST), Daniel utilizes his extensive expertise to transform safety cultures in small businesses, schools, and non-profits throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A native of Dallas, Daniel’s dedication to community engagement and leadership development is deeply rooted in his journey of overcoming adversity to achieve professional success. He is passionate about fostering emerging leaders and ensuring that organizations of all sizes prioritize personal and workplace safety.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Daniel is an avid traveler with a passion for exploring diverse cultures and cuisines. He serves on the board of Tower Club Dallas, a premier community hub for purpose and connection in the heart of Downtown. Deeply committed to giving back, Daniel aspires to create meaningful opportunities for youth and contribute to the growth and vitality of the Dallas community he calls home. Most recently, he established and funded a scholarship through the Dallas College Foundation, aimed at enhancing the economic mobility of Dallas County residents.


Kyle Honor
Jr. Board Member
Kyle Honor is a Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank located in the Dallas office. Kyle offers strategies designed to support the differentiated needs and long-term goals of families and individuals. He provides direct access to the firm’s platforms and specialist resources to integrate customized strategies for investing, lending, banking, planning and other sophisticated goals. As a former collegiate athlete, he understands the support of a strong team is essential in helping transform hard work into a generational legacy.
Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge gained from past experiences across J.P. Morgan. Most recently, he worked with the J.P. Morgan Commercial Bank consulting team, offering tailored process reviews for niche markets. With a focus on large, complex Healthcare and Higher Education organizations, he took a process improvement approach to help clients drive operational efficiencies backed by return-on-investment analysis.

Kyle earned a B.S. in Economics from Stonybrook University, where he captained the NCAA Division I soccer team.
Outside the office, Kyle continues to play soccer, goes on hikes with his dog, spends time with family and friends and coaches’ youth sports at his local church.

Allison Powell, MBA

Allison Powell serves as Legal Counsel for Axxess, a leading global technology platform revolutionizing healthcare at home. She is a proud alumna of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where she earned her Juris Doctor as well as a Master in Business Administration from LSU’s E.J. Ourso College of Business.

Before joining Axxess, Allison gained invaluable experience at a boutique healthcare law firm, where she worked closely with nurses and entrepreneurs to help them launch and grow their businesses. She also sharpened her legal expertise through internships with two prominent corporations and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office.

Beyond her professional achievements, Allison is passionate about giving back to her community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and doting on her labradoodle, Magnolia. Allison is honored to serve on the Junior Board and is committed to making a positive impact through her leadership and dedication.


Vynessah Dasher
Jr. Board Member
Vynessah Dasher is a dynamic leader with expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing. With a background in enterprise technology sales at NVIDIA and AT&T, she has a proven track record of driving growth, fostering stakeholder relationships, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies.
Now bringing her skills to the nonprofit sector, Vynessah is passionate about community impact and systemic change. As a board member of Hunger Busters, she is committed to advancing initiatives that combat poverty, secure critical funding, and expand access to essential resources for children and families. Her expertise in business development, digital engagement, and coalition-building supports the organization’s mission to create long-term, sustainable change.
